Carla O’Donovan – Utilization Review Manager
Carla O’Donovan is the Utilization Review Manager at Next Generation Village. She has been in the social services field for over 10 years working with various populations ranging from foster parents in the five Burroughs of New York City, to homeless and runaway youth facing substance abuse and other co-occurring mental health disorders in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Carla also has experience working with pregnant women in need in the Palm Beach, Florida area. Her extensive experience working with a variety of populations contributes to the well-rounded approach that she brings to the team and the patients of Next Generation Village.
Carla graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology and a Bachelors of Arts degree in criminal justice. In her spare time, Carla teaches dance to young children at a local studio and is a cheerleading coach at a nearby high school. Carla feels her biggest accomplishment in life by far is being the mother of her four-year-old little girl.
